You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have passed since your saree was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your saree must meet the following criteria:

• The saree must be unworn, unwashed, undraped, and in the exact original fold and condition in which you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging with all Mahaveer Emporium tags, labels, and box/polybag intact.
• Sarees with makeup stains, perfume/deodorant scents, water marks, or pin holes will not be accepted.

The following sarees cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sarees where the unstitched blouse piece has been cut or detached from the saree.
• Sarees that have been altered or customized (such as Fall & Pico edging, tassel stitching, or custom blouse tailoring).
• Sarees purchased under "Final Sale", festive clearance, or special wholesale lot pricing.

• Defective or Wrong Saree: If the return is due to our error (wrong saree design/color sent or manufacturing weaving defect), Mahaveer Emporium will cover the return shipping costs.
• Change of Mind: For standard returns (color preference or style choice), the customer is responsible for paying the return courier charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned saree at our Surat showroom, we will notify you on WhatsApp/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved: Your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Razorpay, Bank Account, or Card) within 15 business days.
• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank or UPI app statement first, then contact your bank. If you still need assistance, message us on WhatsApp at +91 99246 17445.
